I have successfully added an Add to Cart and donation button. The donation one works correctly. However, the add to cart gives me an error which says “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.” .
Your paypal manager account should be created with same email id that you have used to create paypal account.
@Martin, This setup is not going to work since the cart functionality is fully controlled by PayPal.
If you want a relatively light plugin that won’t slow down your site, then this one is definitely the way to go. It is light, but still robust enough for making payments safe. The best thing about this plugin is the shopping cart customization – it allows users to add items to the cart very easily with the “add to cart” button, and a very quick PayPal checkout by adding a button for checking out.
Setting up a WordPress shopping cart is one of the most popular use cases for a website. While the CMS is used for all types of sites, eCommerce is one of the largest drivers in the rise of WordPress and of websites in general.
Hello Noor, I left two comments for you looking for help and haven’t heard back from you. We need a feature that allows the buyer to put in a custom amount. Would the Buy Now extension fix our issue?
This plugin was developed for B2B (business-to-business) scenarios where users from different places can also use the same vendor account and that too without affecting each other stored shopping cart.
I’m not seeing the test orders going to the Orders table. I did a test IPN from developer.paypal.com and get the success message “IPN was sent and the handshake was verified” but there are still no orders in the table and nothing gets saved to the debug log even though it is on. http://thebeatpolkaband.com/2017/11/latest-recording-the-question-now-available-for-purchase/
Did you have the debug option enabled before this purchase? If so please check the log file for details. Achilleas

Tribulant developed this plugin to be super easy to set up. With its fairly easy-to-use interface, you can set up your multiple products and categorize/organize them into multiple product categories. Add additional images to showcase your products so that users know what they are buying and add digital downloads to products if needed so that users can securely download paid files from your website.
While our backend enables you to sell any type of digital products, Freemius is currently focused on selling WordPress themes, plugins, and add-ons, as well as “serviceware” plugins. We’ve built a special WordPress SDK that makes the integration a snap. If you’d like to use Freemius for other platforms you’ll need to integrate directly with our API.

@Lorie. Thanks. I just used the exact shortcode on my development site. It’s working fine and PayPal is not showing any error. In fact, the shortcode is not passing any shipping related parameter to PayPal. So the error that you are getting must have something to do with your account. Rahul
But currently, all four of the payment methods will be available to customers who have their registered office in Germany. For the rest, the available payment methods would be PayPal and Credit card.
